The AHA’s new BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers Course has been updated to include science and education from the 2020 Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC. It teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on high-quality CPR and team dynamics. In the Instructor-led course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam.
Audience: Ideal for learners who prefer group interaction and feedback from an instructor while learning. This course is designed for healthcare providers – ie; EMS personnel, physician assistants, physicians, dentists, nurses, respiratory therapists and others who must have a credential (card) documenting successful completion of a CPR course.
There is a 3 person minimum requirement to hold a class. Please encourage a friend to join you in learning lifesaving skills.
Please pick ONE of these options. If you select eBook, you will not be able to switch to a hard copy of the provider manual, the activation code is sent at the time of registration.
